Loose the weight from your hips with our 4 helpful tips!

1. Don´t be fooled by Low Fat claims

As ironic as it may seem, low fat foods can actually make you fat!  In order to make low fat products taste better, food manufacturers use more sugar.  On average, low fat foods contain 59% less fat in comparison to full fat products, but the calorie intake only results in a 15% reduction due to the amount of sugar that is added to replace the fat. In essence, a low fat diet can be seen as a high sugar diet, which often cuts out the essential fatty acids which are vital for maintaining optimum wellbeing.  Therefore, by taking a daily supplement such as Chromium, you can ensure that the sugar levels in your body remain balanced, whilst helping to reduce food cravings and subsequently help with weight loss goals.

2. Create a feeling of fullness for longer

Many people report that they find it difficult to lose weight as they "never feel full" and they are "always hungry" which is often derived from the fact that they may be eating the wrong foods or even eating too fast!  A busy lifestyle can often lead to you leaving insufficient time to sit down and enjoy your food. Chewing your food slowly and taking your time whilst eating gives your body time to fully digest the food and to tell your brain that you are full, eliminating the tendency to overeat and creating a feeling of fullness with less food.  A natural supplement of Grapefruit Pectin Fibre provides a highly convenient means of creating a feeling of fullness without the expense of trying to stick to the `grapefruit diet´.

3. Burn Fat by using it as a Fuel when Exercising

Everybody wants small amounts of excess fat and plenty of lean muscle in order to look at their best.  One of the best ways to ensure that your body is burning fat, as opposed to storing it, is by taking regular exercise.  Even light exercise burns a certain amount of fat as well as keeping you generally fit and healthy.  However, we all know that exercise is not the most appealing or easiest activity during the winter months and so it becomes easier for our bodies´ to store it and more difficult for us to get rid of it. That´s why it is even more important to have a helping hand when it comes to keeping the pounds off.  Taking CLA on a daily basis can considerably help by preventing stores of fat accumulating whilst maintaining lean muscle.

4. Keep Snacking to a Minimum

Ignoring persistent cravings is one of the biggest challenges for anyone embarking on a healthy eating regime.  It can often seem like a vicious circle as to maintain a healthy metabolism, your body needs certain foods to boost its metabolic rate.  Therefore, trying to stop eating altogether is not the way to achieve your slimming targets.  Nonetheless, snacking is often many people´s downfall when it comes to trying to maintain a healthy balanced diet.  Whilst it is tempting to reach for `quick fixes´ such as crisps and chocolate, if you feel the urge to snack, try to eat only low fat, high fibre foods such as fruit and vegetables.  This is however, easier said than done, so for a more convenient and easier way to curb cravings, try taking a daily supplement of Hoodia Cactus to ease the pressure and take control.
