What is the Discount Code requested on the order form page of your brochure?
 
This unique code entitles you to various promotions and offers which are exclusive to the brochure you receive. This includes free gifts, special offers, vouchers and discounts on bulk buys. Please remember to use this code when ordering. This code can be found on the back page of the brochure above your name and address. The Discount Code normally includes both letters and numbers.
 
How much Postage and Packing do you charge?
 
Unlike many online companies that charge substantial amounts for postage and delivery, Simply Supplements offer free postage and packaging on ALL internet orders no matter how much you spend. Therefore, what you see is what you get; supplements at unbeatable prices which are delivered direct to you at no extra cost. If you prefer to order via our Freephone Orderline, postage and packaging is free on all orders over £17. If your order is less than £17, standard postage and packaging is £1.99 on telephone, postal and fax orders.
 
What is the delivery time once I have submitted my order?
 
With our ‘Same Day Despatch Guarantee’ all orders which are placed before 12.30pm will be despatched on the day of receipt. Orders placed after 12.30pm are guaranteed to be sent on the next working day. As a result, over 93% of our customers receive their order within 2-3 working days. However, as your order is sent from Guernsey, we do advise that you allow 10 working days for UK delivery before contacting us about the delivery of your order. All orders are sent by first class post!
 
What if I see a product cheaper elsewhere?
 
In order to uphold our ‘Lowest Price in the UK’ guarantee, we promise to refund you the difference plus 10% if you buy a product from us and then find an identical product cheaper elsewhere. Please review the following conditions below to confirm the eligibility of the price match.  We ask that you kindly ensure that the competing product fulfils each of the following conditions before proceeding with a ‘PriceMatch Plus 10%’ claim.

  • Products are of the SAME STRENGTH – Price matches cannot be carried out on products of a different specification or ingredient
  • UK or Channel Islands Based – The price match company must be UK or Channel Island registered
  • IT is NOT an AUCTION – We do not match auction site prices, whether it is ‘Buy Now’ or similar
  • You have EVIDENCE – We politely ask that if you do see the same product cheaper elsewhere, you have quantifiable evidence e.g. a leaflet with the offer, a web address for us to check, a brochure reference etc. Simply claiming that you have ‘seen’ it cheaper elsewhere does not provide sufficient evidence.


Where do I go if I can’t find the product I want to order?
 
There are two facilities available to you to search for the products you are looking for. By either typing the product name or description in the 'Product Search” facility at the top right of any web page, or if you know the product code for the product you are looking for, you can enter the product code into the search bar. You can also shop by category or ailment for easy navigation. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please do not hesitate to call our Freephone Orderline on 0800 988 0292 where one of our advisors will be happy to help.
 
How can I view the status of my order or change my account details?
