How to Order

Order Online

Ordering online is quick and easy. Simply follow the steps below!

  1. To order online using your credit or payment card, simply click on the product you would like to order, select the number of items you wish to purchase in the box provided and click on Add to Basket.
  2. If you would like to buy more products then click on Continue Shopping and repeat step1.
  3. If you have an Offer Code then please enter it into the box provided at the bottom of your order summary and click on Update Quantities. The website will automatically update your order with any special offers that you may be entitled to. Offer codes can be found on the back page of any Simply Supplements brochure and on the voucher of any Simply Supplements adverts of leaflets. Please note that if your brochure/voucher/leaflet has expired, you will not receive the special offers.
  4. Once you have added all the items you wish to purchase to the basket click on Checkout.
  5. If you already have an account with us, please log in and click on Login. If you do not have an account with us, please enter your details carefully and click on Submit Details.
  6. Please check your details carefully before proceeding. If there are any mistakes then click on Edit Details. If you are happy that your details are correct then click on Proceed to Payment.
  7. Please enter your card details ensuring that you DO NOT INSERT SPACES BETWEEN THE CARD NUMBERS. THE CARD NUMBER SHOULD BE ONE CONTINUOUS SET OF NUMBERS (see below for more specific information on entering credit card details and making payments online). Please read our Terms and Conditions by clicking on Terms & Conditions and click in the box next to it to agree (a small green tick will appear). Once you have done this click on Make Payment.
  8. You should now see a page with your order summary and details, including your address, thanking you for your order. Your order has been successfully placed!

 

Credit/Debit Card Payments

We accept all major credit and debit cards:

  • VISA (including Delta and Electron)
  • MASTERCARD
  • MAESTRO or SOLO

(Please note that we do not accept American Express)

 

Visa & Mastercard:

  • For a valid transaction, please ensure that you input exactly 16 digits with NO SPACES
  • Also, please be certain that you have entered the correct expiry date and security code

 

Maestro/Solo:

  • The card number is the large number across the card containing 16-19 digits. Please ensure that you input all numbers which are displayed across the centre of the card with NO SPACE
  • Do not enter the smaller numbers at the bottom centre of the card
  • Be certain to enter the correct expiry date of the card
  • Enter the issue number as it reads on the card, including any zeros
  • If the card does not have the issue number, please enter the start date
  • If the card has both an issue number and start date, please enter both fields as they appear on the card

Order by Freephone

Ordering via our Freephone Orderline is simple. Simply call FREEPHONE 0800 988 0292 and one of our helpful sales advisors will be happy to take your order - it really is as easy as that!

Order by Freepost

If you prefer, you can send your order to us at our Freepost address. You can either use the order form on the back page of your brochure, if you have one, or alternatively you can write us a letter detailing your order. Please do not forget to provide the following details:

  • Details of the products you would like to order
  • Your full name and address, including postcode (if your delivery address is different to your billing address please also provide these details)
  • Your email address (optional) to receive a confirmation of your order
  • Payment for your order!

When ordering by post, we accept card and cheque payments. If you wish to order by card, please enter your card details carefully into the order form or provide clear details of all information on your card including the card number, expiry date, start date and issue number (if Switch or Solo) within your letter. If you wish to pay by cheque, please ensure that it is for the correct amount (taking into account any postage costs or discounts) and make it payable to Simply Supplements. We accept the following:

  • Personal and Bank Cheques
  • Postal Orders (made payable to Simply Supplements)

IMPORTANT: Please write in capitals letters and in black or blue ink. Please also be sure to write legibly to avoid delays.

Order by Fax

If you wish to send your order by fax, please follow the same instructions as ordering by Freepost and fax it to 0845 430 1215.

Please note that we do not accept cheque payments via fax. Only card payments are accepted by fax. If you wish to pay by cheque you must post your order along with your cheque.
