I use Simply supplements' Omega 3 1000mg as I perform intense weight training 5
times a week as well as regular cardio. I use Omega 3 1000mgs to ensure I get
enough essential fats in my diet but also because I suffer form dry skin and
sore/painful joints from using heavy weights. I find that by supplementing with
3 Omega 3 1000mg tablets a day that my joints rarely, if ever, become sore and
my skin irritations are also reduced. I use Simplysupplements' Omega 3
specifically because it is a very concentrated Omega 3 product compared to many
other Omega supplements on the market, but as well as this it is also very
cheap. For under £10 I can get 3 months worth of Omega 3 tablets which is only a
fraction price when compared to other retailers such as Holland and Barrett. I
also use Simplysupplements' Evening Primrose and A to Z Vitamin Tablets for the
same reasons. I always reccomend Simplysupplements' products to other athletes
and bodybuilders as I have had nothing but good experience with them.

SS always sell their supplements at a very reasonable price with some fantastic offers available. I have them sent to me on the Auto Despatch scheme, so I get a further 10% of the product price with free p&p, they're sent out on a regular basis so I dont have to remember to phone in.

I was advised to take Omega by a friend who is a customer with SS. The last time she placed an order she ordered some for me. The price they sell them at is fantastic, they only draw back is that I find the capsules a bit too big to take. I end up having to drink a whole glass of water to get them down. When I recieved the Omega I also received a brochure, in it I noticed that they do a lower strength capsule that's smaller so my next order will be for them and i'll just take 2 a day instead.

Was sent incorrect item

I decided to order from Simply Supplements after being recommended by a friend who has always had excellent service from them. I placed an order for Omega 3 over the phone. A parcel arrived after 4 days, I can't fault the delivery time. My problem was that I received the wrong item. I was sent the cod liver oil instead. For a first order with the company I was a bit annoyed, however after ringing them up an advisor apologised and sent me the correct items. I have since placed more orders and everything has been correct.

Good Alternative to The Oil!

I have taken Omega for many years, I used to take the oil but can no longer stomach the taste so opted to take capsules instead. I can only thank you for the service you provide. Delivery in 4 days is great. I have not seen the product anywhere near as good value. Some places are selling it for three times the price! Helps Maintain Healthy Cholesterol Levels

I placed an order for Omega 3 Capsules and recieved them very quickly. Normally this would have taken 4 weeks to arrive from my previous supplier. I have found taking Omega 3 helps with me reducing my cholesterol and maintaining it at a certian level. I notice companies who make butter have also started to include Omega in aswell.
