Containing 180mg EPA & 120mg DHA pure essential fatty acids - Omega 3 fish oils are widely believed to help in the maintenance of a healthy heart, memory and joints.

Fish oil fatty acids eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) and docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) are thought to work together within the body to offer beneficial health-related properties.

Directions:

I have been taking these fish oil tabs for a while now & recommend them for everyone, young & old, as part of a healthy balanced diet. I do a lot of weight training & as I'm in my mid 40's find that taking omega 3 has helped prevent injuries, kept me sharp & focused & more flexible. My last order had a faulty batch where a couple of the capsuals had burst in one of the tubs leaving the contents oily, fishy & unpleasant to take. On speaking to a VERY pleasant guy @ their customer service dept I was immediatly sent a replacement, so you can rest assured that the service from SS is as good as their products....top notch all round.

These tablets were left in the cupboard after my dad passed away in August this year. So mom, who doesn't do supplements, gave them to me! Given all the gossip off other mothers I decided to try my eleven year old son on them - what a difference. His whole attitude has changed. He's certainly concentrating better, (proof of the pudding he's gone up two levels in his maths and English, top of the class now!). His general state of mind seems to have improved too. He always had difficulty in remembering simple every day routine things but now he does them without me having to bellow them several hundred times, (so they've done my throat the power of good two). I have stopped giving him the capsules for a couple of weeks just to see if it was all a coincidence - it wasn't; I couldn't wait to start them again!

I tried this as having joint pains - especially my hands and feet. My hands were so painful that I was struggling with everyday tasks. I find regular analgesia has side effects whereas these reduced the pain dramatically. My husband also started to get pain in his feet and tried these and also found his pain disappeared.

I have been on this for 2-3 months now. I take 2 capsules in the morning and I should really be taking 1 in the evening to. I have schizophrenia and I find it helps so much with my concentration!!!

2 months ago I struggled to write an essay for Uni with my concentration being so poor. Now I am doing my second essay and it's a lot easier mostly due to the fact that after taking this my concentration is so much improved.

So thankyou SS for something so cheap and yet so helpful!
