Flaxseed Oil, also known as Linseed Oil, is derived from the seeds of the Flax plant. Its oil is a popular source of essential Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids, particularly for those who find fish oil unpalatable. Ingredients:

Flaxseed Oil 1000mg providing a-linolenic acid 530mg, Linoleic acid 140mg, Oleic acid 140mg, Gelatin, Glycerol, Purified water, Caramel color.

Directions:

Take one to three capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not open if the seal is broken.

Great Alternative

As I am allergic to certian types of fish it can be difficult to find a suitable alternative for me and also to get any nutrients that I need, thankfully you have this flaxseed oil and it's also cheap to buy from you. I now have a regular order of this and it I now get the extra I need without eating or taking fish oils.

Flaxseed Oil 1000mg. This has to be my favourite supplement. It was originally recommended by an opthalmologist to help with the problem of dry, gritty eyes. I'm a vegetarian so I think this is a very good substitute for not eating fish. It is very good for the joints and keeps me very healthy. I very rarely get a cold and my general health is very good.

I read about Flaxseed and tried the seeds first on my cereal to try and help with my problems with my gall bladder which cannot be removed because of surgical complications, from what I read the flaxseed could help alleviate the constant biliary colic I was suffering. I then found your website with the Flaxseed Oil 1000 mg in capsules which I thought would be easier to take. I have been taking this now for about 5 months and the bloating and painful spasms have reduced considerably so I will continue with these and the fact that your website supplies the most reasonably priced products which are also very effective I will continue to keep ordering my supplements from you. I no longer suffer from terrible acne, cysts or lesions!

i love this supplement and began taking it after i read about the benefits its provides for acne-prone skin. i take 2x 1000mg tablets per day and theyve helped my skin so much. i used to suffer from terrible acne, my face was covered in cysts and lesions as well as being dehydrated and full of blemishes from past outbreaks. i take other supplements too, but the flaxseed seems to moisturise my skin from the inside out, i no longer get cysts OR lesions, and when a pimple does surface, its gone in a few days instead of lingering for weeks. my skin looks brighter and more even toned, and flaxseed also has the benefit of keeping you "regular", i dont think i will ever stop taking this stuff, its truly improved my life!

Amazing help with my cholesterol levels

I have been taking Flaxseed oil from Simply Supplements for a while, my last delivery took a really long time to arrive.. They recommend 5-10 days for delivery but i didnt receive them at all, in the end I rang up SS who was very apologetic but assured me that they have been despatched from them so most likely to be delayed within the post. Unfortunately I never received them at all, i was fast getting annoyed with waiting so i rang up SS again, who told me that they could treat them as lost in the post, I had to sign a form to say that I hadnt received them and they resent the products. I was really pleased to receive them after a few more days. This has never happened to me before so I can only imagine they are still floating around in the post system somewhere.

Great alternative to a fish oil supplement

I take flaxseed oil as I cannot stand the smell and taste of fish, but want the benefits that you would get from a fish oil supplement.
