Ingredients:

Starflower Oil (18% GLA) 500mg, Gelatin, Glycerin, Purified Water.

Directions:
Take one to two capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

I still havn't seen anywhere else that does this as strong or as cheap as you and I know its a great alternative to EPO and Omega fish oils. I will stop looking elsewhere and continue to buy from you and you give free delivery on web orders, I can't complain

my friend recommended i take starflower as i was looking for a boost in omega 6 without taking the fish oils themselves and when researching starflower i learnt that they are also good for hormonal balance which is great for me as i am going through the change

Works for my hot flushes

Ive been buying starflower oil from you now for about 1yr. It was recommended by a friend at work for hot flushes they seem to work on me too. Why do i buy them from you well that one is easy ive not found them cheaper anywhere else.

Helps ward off the menopause along with evening primrose oil!

I take these to try and ward off the advance of the menopause. I find that I feel better and my pre-menstrual symptoms have been less pronounced since I have been taking them. Starflower Oil is quite difficult to get hold of and I always know I won't have a problem when I order from Simply Supplements. Again the price of these supplements is far less than if I bought them from elsewhere. Due to the high quality and great value pricing I wouldn't go anywhere else to buy my supplements.

So good for women and helpful with my hot flushes

I started using this whilst on HRT as the HRT was not fully helping, once I started using this as well my hot flushes were much more controlled, I took 2 a day. Three months prior to stopping HRT I upped the dosage to 3 a day and then when I came of the HRT I stuck at 3 a day. I have been off HRT for 5 months and I have no side effects at all. As Star Flower is so good for women I will continue to take it.

Helped me with my menopause for years!

I use Starflower Oil and have done for years. I feel that this oil has helped me with period mood swings, and more recently kept me from suffering during the menopause. I would give it to every woman free to avoid some of the terrible times they suffer. I have always purchased these from Simply Supplements, they must be good.

This is one of the cheapest companies if not the cheapest, of health supplements and aromatherapy oils in the UK. I think I have probs with delayed delivery because I live in the Highlands and they are in guernsey but I've heard good reports from elsewhere. They are cheap and their customer service is only a phone call away!

Alternative to Fish Oils

Neither my wife or I really like the taste of fish and we have had fish oils before from yourselves and from other places but they repeat on us, these are a brilliant alternative to fish oils as nearly contain the same things as fish oils do. Anyone who doesnt like fish should try them they, work just as well.

Q:	Can I take starflower with evening primrose or should it used be instead of?
A:	In general with supplements, we would advise that it is not always necessary to take more than one supplement to treat the same ailment. However, providing that you are not exceeding the RDA of either product, there should be no problems in taking them together. If you do have concerns, we would advise that you consult your GP.

Q:	What is the recommended dosage per day for someone taking Tamoxifen?
A:	Many people taking Tamoxifen do take Starflower Oil to help with the hot flushes. It is always best to check with your pharmacist or GP to confirm amounts.

Q:	What are the dimensions of the capsule? I have trouble swallowing larger capsules.
A:	The starflower capsules are in our larger range and will usually measure around 1cm x 2cm. The capsule shell does make them easier to swallow.

Q:	Are there any plans to make a vegetarian version of this product?
A:	Some kosher gelatins are made with agar-agar, most are not. Some products that are vegan that are replacing gelatin are: guar gum and carrageenan. Only some emulsifiers are vegan. Hopefully with the growth of vegetarianism and veganism, this situation will soon change.
