Directions:

I was always up every night at least 6 times going back and forth to the toilet. After taking these I feel so much better and am now only up twice a night now so these have helped me with my prostate and helped me to get to sleep.

A good supplement, as it worked for me in 1 week! I use to have many problems with my prostate gland. It has cleared up most of them almost overnight. I definately recommend Prostaform Plus. I also take the zinc 15mg as well. Cyril
