Directions:

I have been using Simply Supplements products for a while now and find them very good value and of excellent quality. I have always been somewhat scepticle about prostrate remedies, believing that the Drs was probably the best place to sort this problem out. After taking Prostraform Plus for only a day and a half i was only getting up at night once instead of the usual 3-4 times. Not only that but they have worked for me through the day as well. I was always worried about drinking too much liquid before going out, rushing to find a toilet or even a bush. Now I have cut down considerably and no longer have embarrassing times when I am out. Well done Simply Supplements, another winner, for me at least and I would recommend your products to anyone. Regards Jerry

Helps with embarrasing toilet issues

I was always up every night at least 6 times going back and forth to the toilet. After taking these I feel so much better and am now only up twice a night now so these have helped me with my prostate and helped me to get to sleep.

A very good supplement

A good supplement, as it has really helped to soleve my problems. I use to have many problems with my prostate gland. It has cleared up most of them after a short while. I definately recommend Prostaform Plus. I also take the zinc 15mg as well. Cyril
