    It works!
    Sharon Webley, Rochester
Yesterday (New Year's Eve) the fireworks started going off about 6pm. I wasn't ready for them that early and Kicker (my Border Collie) panicked even though they were quite far away and the noise wasn't loud. When I fed him at 7.30pm, I put some of these calming pills in his dinner and it obviously worked because when more fireworks went off louder and nearer at midnight, he wasn't bothered at all.

Have been giving my St Bernard 2 of these a day and has worked wonders. Being a large dog I can't have him jumping around at the kids or friends that come over and when bonfire night used to come round he was awful but he was also very scared so quite understandable. These have made a difference and he is much more calm and relaxed.

    Controllable cat!
    Marcus, Liverpool
My cat gets exceedingly nervous around new people, so much so she is prone to wee on the carpet whenever a guest comes round. This formula has really helped to settle her nerves and she is now a friendly, loving cat who will quite happily stay in the same room as visitors now. Thank you, this has really helped settle her.

    Chilled out pups!
    Mark, Warrington
Having 3 labradors running around the house can be a bit of a challenge, especially after introducing the new puppy. This supplement has really helped in keeping them a little calmer and more relaxed, essential with visiting guests and their children. Delivery times could have been a bit quicker, but with the bogof offer they are still good value and a company I would use again.

    Mr Peter Brown, Swindon
My Beagle was an absolute nightmare always got excited far too easily and when bonfire night came he would hide in the cupboard under the stairs and shake as he was so frightened of the fireworks. Last bonfire night he managed to stay in the front room with us with the fireworks going off. Very grateful

    Taken for Bonfire Night!
    Miss Mary Whittle, Birmingham
These really helped my dog on firework night; he seemed a lot calmer than usual will definitely be using again next year. I started given the tablets to him crushed up in his food about 2 weeks before firework night so that he got the full effect of the supplement and they really seemed to help.

    "Taken that nervous edge away"
    Tricia Wainwright
Wow! I gave these tablets to my Jack Russel, Meg, who is nervous about life! and with the nerves sometimes acts a little aggressive. The first day I must admit she did look a bit "spaced out" but after that WHAT A DIFFERENCE. I would' t say she is a different dog ( she still has the odd grumble!) but it has taken that nervous edge away ( anyone with the same nervous animal will know what I mean) and she is happy! Even my two other dogs aren't has wary of her. With Meg happier it has made us all happier!!

Q: I have a 4 month old Parson Jack Russell who has dislodged his rear knee growth plate. Not sufficient to need immediate surgery but vet recommended keeping him inactive for 4 weeks. Keeping him in his cage and only letting him out for food and toileting.
This is proving impossible as we also have an older Parsons, who he sees wandering about and he goes crazy.
Is there any medication which will slow him down a little and make him less active as I would prefer that he heels naturally rather than have an operation at such a young age.
    A:

We recommend our Calming Formula for when pets can become nervous or agitated at times of stress. This product combines 100% natural ingredients including Valerian, Skullcap, Chamomile, Hops, Ginger and Gentian, all of which have shown to calm animals and reduce stress levels, therefore we would certainly recommend this product for your pet.

Q: My daughters border collie has gone from a happy off the lead on walks dog to being terrified of most things and we don't know why. Any advice please?
    A:

We suggest that you give your daughter's dog Multivitamins for pets. By giving your pets the right nutrients they need, they become active and playful. However, we also suggest that you visit your local Vet to ensure that there is not underlying health condition before supplying them with any supplements.

Q: Do you think Calming Formula would help an 18 year old cat who shouts (and I means SHOUTS!!) at random times of day and night?

He seems healthy in all other ways so I assume this is due to dementia.

    Thanks!
    A:

We suggest Calming Formula for when pets becomes stressed or over excited. This product may be of benefit to her; however we would advise that you consult your vet just in case there is an underlying problem that requires prescription medication.

Q: I have a rescue staffy who is about 3 years old. She is very jumpy if a door slams she jumps or if something drops on the floor she jumps and shakes.
She is getting worse and she is such a lovely dog who sometimes lacks confidence....would this product help her???
    A:

We would recommend this product for dogs that can get easily over excited, but also dogs that can be nervous and anxious. It is common for customers to give this to their pets around bonfire night to stop them panicking due to the fireworks. I would recommend this product for your dog, as it does sound as though she would benefit from it.

Obviously, as supplements are not prescription medicine there is no guarantee that they will work for every dog. If you do have any concerns we would always advise that you consult your vet.
