A stimulating blend of lavender, sweet marjoram and juniper in sweet almond oil, may help relax tired and stressed muscles.

After a strenuous day this oil may help you to unwind and rejuvenate the body. The sweet marjoram and lavender has been known to relieve stressed muscles whilst the juniper and almond may help to calm your emotions and keep your skin smooth.

Fragrance - For a relaxing fragrance, drop 4 to 5 drops of the essential oil in a burner for approx. 20 minutes.

Massage - Blend 4 - 5 drops of an essential oil in 10ml of carrier oil, 2-3 drops for the elderly or children.

Bathing - Add 6 drops of an essential oil to the bath, or blend with a carrier oil for added moisture.

KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN. It is not recommended that Sweet Almond carrier oil is used by infants or children.

DO NOT USE IF PREGNANT OR LACTATING. The effects of carrier oils during pregnancy and breast feeding are unknown and therefore such women should avoid use

SKIN TEST BEFORE USE. We recommend that you dilute a small amount of the carrier oil and apply to the skin on your inner arm. Do not use if redness or irritation occurs.

Almond Oil (Prunus Dulcio, Mustard Seed oil (Sinapis Alba) Lavender Maillette, Sweet Morjoram (Marjorana Hortensis), Juniperberry (Juniperus Communis).

Directions:

Apply to the directed area. Massage gently and repeat if necessary. If the problem persists consult your doctor.

Do not take internally. Keep away from children at all times. Always test product to a small area if you suffer from any allergies.

i use this oil most nights and find it does help me relax but i have to buy in bulk as i use 1 bottle within a couple of weeks but apart from that great product and would recommend

Simply supplements is the cheapest company that I came across whilst looking online that had the greatest selction. I cannot fault the service at all, and found the site really easy to use. I expected to recieve the products a bit quicker than I did, but didnt realise that they wernt based in the UK!

I have been using simply supplements for years, before I moved to spain. I was pleased to find that my favourite supplement company would deliver here too!
