Muira Puama has a long history of traditional use in the Amazon. Ingredients:

Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Wild Yam Extract 20mg (10:1) equivalent to 200mg, Damiana 20mg (5:1) equivalent to 100mg, Korean Ginseng 10mg (10:1) equivalent to 100mg, Stearic Acid, Ginkgo Biloba 4mg (50:1) equivalent to 200mg, Muira Puama 3.4mg (12:1) equivalent to 40mg, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.

 

Directions:

Take two tablets three times daily or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

 

Cautions:

If you are taking any prescription medication, you have a medical condition or you have specific concerns about the suitability of any of our products in relation to these, you should always consult your GP or Pharmacist prior to taking supplements.     Q: Hi, Could I take these three together - l’arginine, cod liver oil , and glucosamine.

    Currently I am taking l-arginine.

    In general with supplements, as long as you are not exceeding the RDA of any of the products, there should be no problem in taking them together. If you do have any concerns, we would advise that you consult your GP.
