Maca Extract 140mg (5:1) providing equivalent to 700mg whole herb, Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide, Stearic Acid.

Directions:

After having 2 children close together and going back to work I hardly felt like doing anything in the bedroom, my husband was becoming quite annoyed(!), so I agreed to give the Macca a go. i have been taking macca for hot flushes and electric shocks in my face that preceded a hot flush, since taking macca shocks have gone and my hot flushes have gone from 20 or 30 a day too only a couple of mild ones. great stuff ,it really works.
