We advise that you take Apple Cider Vinegar capsules with food. This helps to improve the absorption of certain nutrients within the extract. If this is the first time you are taking Apple Cider Vinegar, it may be advisable to begin by taking two capsules a day, as this may be sufficient for you. If you do not notice any marked improvements with one month, then you may want to increase the dosage to 4 capsules per day.
