    I've been taking this product for well over a year now & wouldn't be without it. It really is fantastic, it takes a couple of weeks to "kick in", but when it does you'll wonder how you did without it. I originally started using liquid Cider Vinegar because I'd heard of it's medicinal qualities but these tablets far surpass it. I take 2 a day with meals. Simply Supplements are a real God send.

    I have bought these from you for around 2 years now, the product works and I cant fault it, however, the deliveries from you have been slow recently and some deliveries have taken 7 working days to arrive. Maybe a change of delivery service may be a good idea

    At first i thought there is no way that taking this tablet can affect my weight loss. Then i did a little experiment and found that it does help IT'S REALLY GOOD. I now take it religously to aid my weight loss and it is going well. They also are easy to swallow which is a good thing as getting a vinegar tablet stuck could be a little panicky!! Its also great value for money.

    I have been taking these for nearly a year now to combat the pains of Arthritis. I originally started with Cider Vinegar & Honey, old wives tale - don't you believe it, it works but if you don't like the taste of vinegar, enough said. Then I found Simply Supplements product & promptly ordered a batch. I take two per day, easy, no pain or stress. I had to prove it to myself that it wasn't psychological & stopped taking them for a week. Within days the pain was back so I went back on them. If you buy them, & you won't get them any cheaper or of a better quality anywhere else, don't expect them to work straight away, it's gradual & when it does kick in you'll wonder how you ever did without them. GO FOR IT & you really will be able to kick away the pain. All I can say is thank the Lord for Simply Supplements their help, quality of product & price is second to none.

    I've just received my apple cider vinegar capsules within one week. When I ordered I was told they'd take up to 10 days so I was really pleased when they came today. Will definitely order again, the service was quick and very friendly and the capsules are much cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Definitely recommended! :-)

    Q: Rather than swallow the capsules, could I open the capsules and drink by pouring the powder into a full glass of water? could i also use warm water? would it still be as effective?

     This product comes in Easygest capsules, so you can pour the powder onto food or into water if required. Cold or lukewarm water would be advisable, as water that is too hot may reduce the effect slightly.

    Unless otherwise stated on the label, we recommend taking supplements either with or after a meal. If this is the first time that you are taking this product, it may be advisable to begin by taking one a day, as this may be sufficient for you. If not, then you will have the option to increase the dosage to at least 4 per day if required.

    What are the FULL ingredients? I can't see any of the above on the label nor on the website...

    Also, what's the difference between taking the tablet form and the liquid form (found in most health food stores)?

    The minerals and components listed are found naturally in Apple Cider Vinegar, and this is why they are not included on the ingredients list.

     

    As we only supply this in tablet form, we cannot comment on other suppliers who supply the liquid form.

    Q: I have read that drinking 2 teaspoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water can help with relieving varicose veins. Could tablets do the same thing?

    Studies have shown that Apple Cider Vinegar can aid with relieving varicose veins. This is not specifically what we advertise the product for (we list it under our range of supplements for slimming), however that is not to say that it wouldn't benefit varicose veins.
