Directions:

This product is fab, been trying to lower cholesterol for year, taken this for 3 months and will carry on taking and cholesterol has gone down to 4.2 so it is now 1/2 what it was. Told loads of people.

This is a very effective product for slimming. I use to take many things and have tried different diet programmes but to no avail! I also take hoodia cactus to reduce my weight. Unfortunately, due to my excessive weight problems I have joint problems particularly around my knees. This product helps to curb the pain and is now a lot less stiff. Best Wishes to everyone.
