Directions:

For adults take one to three tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

i bought this product for my father whi is in the early stages of alzheimer's. the product may not be a cure but it definitely slowed down the effects of the disease
