Ginkgo Biloba (6000mg) - Ginkgo Biloba contains numerous antioxidants such as the proanthocyanidins and flavonoids which have been found to support the body's free radical defence system. Flavonoids are used by the body to strengthen capillaries which can help the blood to flow much more resourcefully around the body. Ginkgo Biloba is believed to help with cold hands and feet and may help to support the maintenance of normal circulation, particularly to the extremities.
Cinnamon Bark (300mg) - Like Ginkgo Biloba, Cinnamon Bark has been found to help support the maintenance of normal circulation to the extremities.
Ginger (960mg) - Ginger is world-renowned as a 'warming herb' which may help to support the maintenance of normal circulation.

Ginkgo Biloba ext 120mg 50:1 equivalent to 6000mg of herb powder, Cinnamon Bark ext 100mg 30:1 equivalent to 3000mg of herb powder, Ginger ext 8mg 120:1 equivalent to 960mg herb powder, Di Calcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose.

Directions:

For adults take one to two tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

I am convinced that taking Ginkgo Biloba 6000mg has made huge difference to my general memory over the last 2 years which I felt had been very slowly deteriorating (I\\\'m 43). Not a cure, but certainly has an effect.
