I got diagnosed with osteoarthritis in both my knees back in Aug 07, they were both swollen and ached, I was always putting heat bags on them and generally was always in some sort of pain with them, kneeing was definitely out and walking or standing for long amounts of time really irritated the problem, I must admit I have lost a stone in weight but in September 07 started taking the Glucosamex Gold along with one Omega 3/ Cod liver oil capsule and I can honestly say I am pain free, I go on long half hour walks with my dog at least 3 times a week, and standing in queues does not effect my knees at all. Still can't quiet knee on the but certainly million times better than before, I can only put it down to the excercise and Glucosamex Gold. Good Luck

I have been a sufferer with osteoarthritis in my knees for some years and this had worsened around April time. I have suffered in agony for over a year with severe pain in my knee. I sent for Glucosamex Gold and took two each morning followed by one in the evening for the first week followed by two a day since then. The results are amazing. Still a little discomfort after two and a half weeks but I can't believe the difference this product has brought. Have just re-ordered. Wow! This formulation is amazing! I have not seen such a premium formulation anywhere in the marketplace. I use to take just glucosamine sulphate 500mg, and experienced minor improvements.
