      I would just like to say, I am enjoying the Marine Collagen, my skin is looking really  good and people comment on it all the time.   I am also enjoying the Cod liver oil, my joints feel well oiled and I paid so little but they will last until the end to the beginning of next year.  I like to take Lecithin  capsules as that breaks down the excess fat, as long as I do not overeat!  Thank you for the reasonably priced  multivitamins.   Thank you very much

    I started taking your collagen supplement for my creaky knees, as I'd read on the internet that it could be beneficial. I used to get a lot of pain in my knees especially when walking on uneven ground. I didn;t expect a quick-fix but after 2-3 months I suddenly realised I had hardly any pain in my knees anymore!   Recently, I checked on the internet if it could be given to horses, as my lad is 21 now and is starting to feel his joints. I found several people that found collagen of use to their horses too, so mine has been on it for about 6 weeks now - watch this space!

The main culprit being is my knee where I have had operations and I exercise and take this supplement hopefully to maintain and help build the surfaces of the joint.     When I initially stopped taking these, I noticed the difference after a few weeks. I will definitely be returning to them. Made my creases not look so creased and that's a plus! The only thing I did find was that the new plastic capsules were slightly bigger and I found them a little harder to swallow. The pros outweigh the cons though.

    Value can't be beaten, and it seems to be working on my hair, been using it for over a month now. Hair is sholder length and had become very damaged the longer it grew. After a month, less hair breakage, just need to wait for another few months to confirm my feelings about this product.

    This product is wonderful, but have to take 3 times a day which is tedious but I have noticed a vast improvement in joint pain and I can move more freely, I walk so much better. My skin has also improved becasue of the Collagen. Could you see if you can supply them in a stronger form? I would be most grateful if you could.

    Ankle Ligament Damage! Ouch! Part 2

    I am so thankful to you. Your collagen has worked amazingly well I missed the semi-final win but last week I played in the final and we won, I owe it all to your Collagen, the speed in which it worked was so good and I didn't feel any pain at all after the game.     Ankle Ligament Damage! Ouch!

    The sunday football team I play for have finally reached the semi-finals of the cup last week but I was injured after landing on my ankle awkwardly and I damaged the ligaments, the doctor at the hospital told me I would not play for 2 months so immediatly started to look for anything that would help. I stumbled upon you and saw this helps repair any ligament damage. I have taken for a month and am now walking without crutches, looking good so far and I hope these will help me in time.

    Q: hye..im interested in this product..i don't have any joint problem, but i have acne problem. Does this collagen help clearing my acne and give me a better skin. Is there any side effect as i don't have any joint problem to consume this?

     Although Collagen is recommended for skin elasticity and strength, we would generally suggest Evening Primrose Oil for the treatment of acne, as it is a rich source of essential fatty acids (EFAs) which are believed to help maintain normal cell growth, hormonal balance and healthy skin.

    Unfortunately, as we do not supply this product, we cannot comment on its effectiveness or whether it will work well alongside our Collagen. We can tell you that our Collagen can be used to aid with osteoarthritis, and can be beneficial if damage has been caused to your bones and cartillage.

     It depends on what you are taking it for. Our Marine Collagen is type 2 which is mainly to protect the surface of cartilage from free radical damage and enzymatic digestion. And Co Enzyme plays a vital role in the body’s processing of food into energy. As long as you take withing the recommeded daily allowance of each supplements then it should be ok. Please also check with your GP if you are in under any type of prescribed medication.
