High quality standardised natural Senna containing laxative stimulants

The active ingredient in Simply Supplements Senna Max is extracted from the seed pods of the senna plant. The active chemicals in senna are classed as anthraquinones, which are further categorised as laxative stimulants.

Senna has been used for centuries and is fast becoming one of the most widely used herbal laxatives. Its popularity has also lead to it being the basis of many over-the-counter laxative based products. It is thought that the anthraquinones in senna may help to retain water in waste matter which may help to keep stools soft and lubricated, helping to make passage through the bowel a much easier and more comfortable process.

Because Senna is a natural plant, in pure form the amount of active chemicals contained in senna can be quite unpredictable. For this reason, Simply Supplements SennaMax is a completely standardized extract which, unlike most products on the market, offers guaranteed quality and potency of the active ingredients which are far more concentrated than the powdered whole herb products available on the market. Senna laxatives may take 8 to 12 hours to produce results.

Directions:

For adults take one to three tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional.Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

I have been using Simply Supplements for a while now and have never had trouble with their site or their products. Worth buying.

This is one of the cheapest if not the cheapest, of health supplements and aromatherapy oils in the UK. I think I have probs with delivery because I live in the Highlands and they are in guernsey but I've heard good reports from elsewhere. They are cheap and their customer service is only a phone call away!
