    Garlic has been great for me to keep away colds and have used it for years. I did try a multivitamin once but felt it didnt have much effect so went back to garlic. Still not suffered with a cold yet.

    I know your Super Strength Garlic is strong both in strength and smell, but that doesn't bother me as I am living on my own now. I've been using Garlic on and off for some time but now that it has been reduced I will be buying in large stocks of it.

      Garlic is supposed to be good for the immune system, i've been taking your super strength garlic ( i've not found one stronger) and i've not been ill (not even a cold) in ages. Maybe thats because its so string no-one comes near me!

    I would recommend the high dose garlic tablets equivalent to 6000mg(=6g) of fresh garlic. A year or two ago the BBC did an experimental study in a documentary on the use of garlic to improve arterial blood flow.  They explained that there was good evidence that garlic can improve blood circulation to the extremities, heart, brain and other organs.  The mechanism was thought to be via the nitric oxide(NO) mediated effects on the blood vessels, where NO acts to relax and open up arteries.  I think the theory was that garlic may increase availability or inhibit the metabolic breakdown of NO, as well as having thinning actions on the blood.  It is also reported to help lower blood pressure. I recommend the large dose of garlic in Simply Supplements 6000mg tablets which is equivalent to about 2 cloves and a lot more acceptable to take orally than munching your way through raw astringent garlic.  2 tablets gives you the approx BBC dose.

     I have been taking garlic supplements for about 4 months to help lower my high blood pressure. This product is marvellous! I cannot believe that it actually works, I am so happy that I purchased them. I have been telling all my friends about it, and they cannot believe that they are so cheap!

    I didn't imagine when I ordered from you these would be so large, I know the capsule means it's easier to take but because of the size of them it's a challenge, if you could make them smaller in size maybe more people will order them, I do like them and I know they are helping me but being smaller would be better for you in the long run.

    My Cholesterol is Lower thanks to Garlic

    What a difference this has made to me. I know its strong smelling but I dont mind that as I live on my own. I am always telling my friends to take it whether it be in a capsule form or the actual bulb beacuse its lowered my cholesterol quite a bit. I have it on a regular basis from you and have saved quite a bit ordering it this way. No complaints.

    I love cooking with garlic but my girlfriend hates the smell of it and i had been having the 2mg off you but thought that strength I felt was a bit weak so I jumped straight onto the 5000mg, no one dares to come near me now because it is so potent, in some cases that is a blessing but not for my girlfriend, I want to keep taking them but would prefer them to be odourless.

    What are your postage rates for sending to France? (I usually have my order sent to the UK free but then have to wait for it to be brought over).

     The 500mg strength Garlic is now odourless,  but unfortunately the 5000mg is NOT odour free! The postage cost for European countries at the moment is £8.95 but it is still free P&P to all UK addresses online.
