Pomegranate Extract 250mg, Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions:

Take one to three tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

getting iron levels up

i was told to take Pomegranate to get my iron level up and the fact that its a antioxidant is a plus i have noticed the difference in iron and im very happy with the quick delivery
