Ingredients:

500mg of Fish Oil Providing: Eicosapentaenoic Acid (EPA) 90mg, Docosahexaenoic Acid (DHA) 60mg, Vitamin E 10mg (83.3% RDA), Gelatin, Glycerin, Purified Water.

 

Directions:

Take one to four capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place and out of reach of children. Do not use if the seal is broken.

    I work full time as well as being a mum to 2 children so most of the time its quick easy meals so i give my children your multi vits and these omega 3 capsules they are so easy for them to take they actually enjoy taking them as it makes them feel grown up brillaint products thank you simply supplements

    My children, surprisingly, like taking your omega 3, I thought they would be stubborn and not want to take them. I'm not sure if it's because they like the small capsule or because it doesn't leave a nasty after taste. I'm just glad they are getting the nutrients required at their age. Excellent product and great value too.

    Only the best for my Grandchildren

    Am always buying these for my grandchildren as i think it's important they take them I did when I was a child and as much as I didnt like it I still had it everyday because it was good for me, I just want them to be healthy, now that Im disabled I find it much easier to order online and delivery has always been prompt.

    My son has (ADHD) Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder, he has a very small attention span and cannot concentrate for long periods but is a bright child, I have been giving him fish oils as I was told by one of your operators who also has this and advised me these would be best, I wanted to thank him as they have been having a positive affect on my son.     I got these within a matter of days and was most impressed thank you for the speed of the delivery, I'm unsure if I can give my children more than 1 of these a day, is there a reccomended daily amount they should have? would love it if they could have more as it helps them to concentrate at school.

    I have 3 children aged 6, 8 and 12 and I cant believe how easy it is to give them their fish oils every morning, I thought it would be a nightmare giving them the capsules every morning but in truth they really like them and always want to take more than 1 every morning, I dont let them but its nice to know that they want more good stuff than junk!!!

    Providing that they are not exceeding the RDA of either product, there should be no harm in taking them together. If you do have concerns, we would advise that you speak to your GP or pharmacist.

    Q: Hi, This may sound silly, but my 15yr daughter has trouble swallowing large capsules. Would taking 2 of the kids omega 500g be equivalent to taking one 1000g capsule? Thanks again, Merle

    Yes, taking two of the smaller capsules would be equivalent to one of the larger 1000mg capsules. With your daughter also being over the age of 14, she may take the adults Omega 3 500mg (S155) which are also smaller capsules than the 1000mg strength.

    Q: hi i have just purchsed these omega 3 tablet. i have a 7 and a 10 year old. it recommends to take 1 to 4 tablets a day. Please can you advise me how many they should take each. thank you

    Providing that the RDA of the product is not exceeded, it would be at your discretion on how many they take a day. We would obviously advise no more than 4 a day, and generally with supplements we would suggest starting on the lower dosage. If you feel that the effects are not quite strong enough, then there is the option of taking more.

    We do supply a chewable multivitamin for children, but we would certainly consider a chewable Omega 3 in the future.

     No, these are in gelatin capsule form.

    Q: it is reccomended that kids with behaviour probs take a dose of 450-500g of EPA/DHA per day. Therefore is it safe to take 3 of these capsules per day as yours only contain 150g of EPA/DHA?

    We would not advise exceeding the RDA of any of our products. Doing so would have to be at each individuals own discretion. If you have any concerns we would advise that you consult your GP.

    Q: Up to what age can kids take this. I am not sure whether i need to order the normal omega 3 capsules.

     This product is suitable for children over the age of 5. in general with supplements we suggest that they should only be taken by people over the age of 15, therefore Omega 3 for Kids may not be required for anyone over the age of 15.
