Directions:

Having just purchased this product from you, I have to say it's cheaper than going to Chemists/Pharmacists for it. I have taken glucosamine for a number of years now and I know I'd be worse without it. Now it's in a capsule it's easier to take. I will never stop using glucosamine.

Relieves the pain in my legs!

After hurting my knee this has helped make it better!

About a year ago i hurt my knee in the gym, and went for physio and after about 6 months it got better but it still wasn’t quite right. Someone at work recommend the above tablets. So i got some from Holland and Barret. They were expensive, but i thought i would give them ago. My husband also started complaining how his knee hurt after driving. So i got him on them as well. I searched on the internet for a cheaper alternative, and i found your website, such great prices.....and have been hooked ever since, for all my tablets. It took quite a while, but i am convinced that the tablets have worked. I still get the odd twinge, but my knee is so much better, and the fact that my husband, takes the tablet means it is working for him as well!!!!

Glucosmaine Sulphate: Having bad knees for the last 5 years and having no joy with antiflam tablets and all the other remedies I had tried, I discovered Glucosmaine and its the best thing to be invented. I'm only 30 and at taking just one a day I've noticed over the last 6 months I have had little or no pain at all in my knees, infact I've taken up jogging again. You will not recieve this product cheaper on the high street and the service SS offer is quick and excellent.

Much easier to take than the tablets

I was recommended to take this to help with aching and swolen finger joints. In less than a week I could feel the difference. Glucosamine is well worth taking. I started of taking the tablets from Simply Supplements and i really had trouble swallowing them. I ended up ringing Simply Supplements to see if they had any suggestions and they advised these. They are so much easier to take, would certainly recommend to anybody that needs glucosamine and has trouble swallowing the tablets.

A:	As long as you do not exceed the RDA of either product, there should be no harm in taking them together. Omega 3 can aid with other ailments aside from joint pain (such as anxiety and Alzheimer’s), if you have any concerns we would advise that you consult your GP.

Q:	I have been taking the small easy to swallow glucosamine tablets (500mg), as I have difficulty swallowing large tablets. Are the easy to swallow capsules (1000mg)the same size as the tablets or larger? Thanks, Sue
A:	No, the 1000mg capsules are slightly larger but they are 2 piece capsules, meaning that they can be pulled apart to enable the powder to be dissolved if you prefer. They also have a smooth shell making them easier to swallow whole.
