Glucosamine is a substance that is made in the body and occurs naturally in the joints and connective tissues.
Although small amounts of glucosamine can be obtained through the diet by eating meat and fish, it is common that as we age, our body’s ability to produce and store glucosamine can reduce. Therefore supplementation with our high quality Glucosamine Sulphate may be beneficial in order to complement a healthy diet and support the body’s supply. This revolutionary powder capsule has been introduced due to high customer demand offering a convenient daily dose of your favorite supplements.

|Q:||If I buy the Glucosamine capsules(1000mg) can I still take a Omega 3 fish Tablet or will I not need too|
As long as you do not exceed the RDA of either product, there should be no harm in taking them together. Omega 3 can aid with other ailments aside from joint pain (such as anxiety and Alzheimer’s), if you have any concerns we would advise that you consult your GP.
|Q:||I have been taking the small easy to swallow glucosamine tablets (500mg), as I have difficulty swallowing large tablets. Are the easy to swallow capsules (1000mg)the same size as the tablets or larger?
No, the 1000mg capsules are slightly larger but they are 2 piece capsules, meaning that they can be pulled apart to enable the powder to be dissolved if you prefer. They also have a smooth shell making them easier to swallow whole.
