Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl 500mg, Marine Chondroitin 400mg (90%), Celadrin Powder 100mg, Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Magnesium Stearate.

Directions:

Take one to three tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not open if the seal is broken.
