Several years ago, I began to get very stiff after driving for an hour to get to work. I started taking Glucosamine, and within a couple of weeks, the stiffness disappeared - and has never returned! I now take the supplement with added collagen to make sure I get the most benefit

I barely feel any pain now!

I have had a 'funny knee'!! for years, but after taking this product I barely feel any pain. It works well with my osteoarthritis too. I recently took some over to a friend of mine in Spain who has had various leg injuries..with dire warnings to keep on taking it, after finding out from you that its only £8 to deliver to Europe. I would recommend this product to all who will listen !!

I regularly buy supplements from simply supplements. I have recently started using marine collagen. I was recommended this product by a client of mine. I am a masseuse and I found when massaging this client the knots in her muscles crumbled easier than any I have found before and she attributed this to taking collagen and glucosamine. Since then I have been trying for myself and recommending it to my other clients. I have been entering more cycle races since I got these off you, I had a bad fall whilst in a race back in july and fell down a bank and into a shallow part of a river. It wasn't very pretty. The pains are still there but not as bad as they were and have mainly these to thank for it.

Far to BIG to Take

It's too much of a struggle to take these. They are far too large in size and to swallow them takes a lot of effort. Breaking them up helps swallow them but they taste foul and are quite rough. If by any chance you can make the tablet half the size then I am positve more people will buy them. As it is I buy them anyway from you because you are far cheaper. Please make them smaller we are not all giants.

A Great prodcut for Sporting Injuries

Have used for only two weeks and already can feel the benefits. A back injury from rugby left me in a lot of pain and also caused me discomfort when I walked a short distance. Now I can walk almost half a mile without pain!!! Vast improvement from only five steps a matter of weeks ago!!! I look forward to further improvement over the next few weeks.

Q:	Hya, im struggling to swallow these as they are very big, 24mm x 11mm. Ive pulled them apart, but one half is still 20mm long and obviously still 11mm width. Ive tried just the powder, but it tastes awful. Do you have any other suggestions, of how to take them?
A:	The only other method that we could advise of is to sprinkle the powder onto food, i.e. a yoghurt or some porridge. If the powder is mixed in well, the taste should not be that noticeable.

A:	Both of these supplements are recommended for joint pain. The benefits of collagen are that it repairs and maintains skin, ligaments, bones, nails and hair. Chondroitin allows fluid to be drawn into cartilage to prevent bones from rubbing together and causing joint pain. Therefore, they are both beneficial for joint pain and for healthy joints; however they work in different ways. Different supplements work better for different people, so we would not be able to advise that one is better than the other.

Q:	Hi there, Can you tell me the difference between this and the dog supplement? I do not need the vitamin C and this has the same 500mg of glucosamine and 400mg Chondroitin as the pet one (although that was active ingredient for the pet one, is the active ingredient less in this one?)
