Co Enzyme Q10 is naturally found in nearly every cell of the body, in the mitochondria. This is the area where the body produces energy, and Co Enzyme Q10 has been found to play a key role in the body’s process of converting food to energy.
Co Enzyme Q10 can be found in numerous foods including some meat, fish and green vegetables. Nonetheless, as we age it is common for the natural levels of Co Enzyme Q10 to reduce, and a healthy diet and regular supplementation can help to support bodily supplies. Our experts recommend customers who take statins to take a Co Enzyme Q10 supplement, as these lower cholesterol and reduce the natural amount of Co Enzyme Q10 in the body.
Ingredients:
Co Enzyme Q10 30mg, Vitamin E 10mg (80% RDA), Sunflower Oil, Gelatin, Purified Water, Glycerin, Titanium Dioxide, Sunset yellow.
Directions:
Take one to four capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.
Cautions:
If you are taking any prescription medication, you have a medical condition or you have specific concerns about the suitability of any of our products in relation to these, you should always consult your GP or Pharmacist prior to taking supplements. Pregnant or lactating women should consult a GP before taking supplements. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Keep out of reach of children. Supplements should not be taken as a substitute for a varied diet. Always read the label before use.
