Choosing Cod Liver Oil or Fish Oil: An Important Distinction

The main distinction between cod liver oil and fish oils, such as omega 3, is that cod liver oil contains high levels of vitamin D. In warm weather, the sunshine produces high and usually sufficient levels of vitamin D without the need for much supplementation. Therefore, a general rule is to take cod liver oil from autumn throughout the winter to early spring, and fish oil from late spring through to the end of summer.

Cod Liver Oil 1000mg providing EPA 80mg, DHA 90mg, Vitamin D3 5mcg (100% RDA), Vitamin A 800mcg (100% RDA), Gelatin, Glycerin, Purified Water.

Directions:

Take one to two capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional.This product contains Vitamin A. This product is not advised if you are pregnant or likely to be pregnant. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children. Do not open if seal is broken.

By far the best value Cod Liver Oil on the Market. I've checked your fatty acid levels - EPA & DHA, and your Cod Liver Oil has a really high amount. Initially, i thought yours would be poor quality because of how cheap it was, but its actually a great value quality product.
I will be recommending you to my friends and family.

The only critisism is that took slightly longer than the two days i expected them in. They took four days to arrive, i suppose this is still above average though!

By far the best value i have seen. I was paying twice as much at Holland & Barrett, and your Cod Liver Oil is exactly the same. (The DHA and EPA fatty acids are the same levels)
