Directions:
For adults take one tablet daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

I tried this after reading in a magazine article that 1500mg is the dosage that was used in clinical trials into the effectiveness of glucosamine. I noticed a difference in how my knees feel when I am running in a matter of days. Easy to swallow too!

I just thought i should tell you that i am buying another 3 years supply of glucosamine sulphate 1500mg - I am now introducing the rest of my family. It had made such a change to my lifestyle that i thought this would be the best gift i could get my family.

I have SEVERE Osteoarthritis and i had almost lost all mobility. I only used to leave my flat once a week, I use to dread the walk and the pain and inflammation upon my return. Glucosamine Sulphate has completely changed everything. I am shocked that a natural product is so effective with such a serious condition. Thank you so much, its just a shame i didn't know about glucosamine 10 years ago!
