ands knees, as I unable to take anti inflammatory

I am a bit of a gym bunny and (ex) jogger for years my Doc told me the pain in my knees was down to age and road running which had caused a lot of wear and tear as he put it. I took Glucosamine 1000mg as my Doc recommended but he did say it may not work, and it didn't. So I trained on painkillers each week when training legs. Then I went to a sports therapist who told me a man's dose was 1500mg not 1000mg as instructed by the Doc.

I have been suffering from arthritis in my wrist joints for many years and they it got that bad I couldnt even pick up the saucepans to do any cooking. It felt like I was loosing my independence. A friend recommended that I try glucosamine as she takes it herself. I am very surprised with the results, the 1500mg tablet is very convient to take as its just 1 a day. I wouldnt say that the pain has fully disappeared but it has improved dramatically

I tried this after reading in a magazine article that 1500mg is the dosage used in clinical trials into the effectiveness of glucosamine. so i thought i would try this as my knees and elbows are quite painful from playing tennis, I noticed a difference in how my knees feel when I am running around the court but maybe the tablets could be smaller, i am bored of breaking them up just to swallow them.

In the past i have bought many supplements from Boots, Holland and Barrett and various other health shops on the high street, but simply supplement is cheapest by a country mile, i'ts almost like they are just giving them away. Sometimes they can take a little while to get to me through the post but its worth it and the staff are always there to help you with any problems.

Excellent item, i was instructed by my doctor to take glucosamine on prescription and was having 1000mg twice a day for over a year but my surgery stopped doing them so i turned to you and decided to have 1500mg as i dont like taking to many tablets, having the full amount i need to take in 1 tablet is much much better, even though the tablet is quite large I can live with that and would never be without it now.

Good Product but delivery a little slow

I cant fault the product in anyway it has helped me out a lot and the pain is almost gone, but when i called to check how long it would take i was told between 5-10 working days by the lady who was very pleasant, unfortunatly it was 14 days before the item arrived and by that time i had run out of my previous supply so i cant give you full marks for that, i think i will order a bit earlier so that i dont run out.

I just thought i should tell you that i am buying another 3 years supply of glucosamine sulphate 1500mg - I am now introducing the rest of my family. It had made such a change to my lifestyle that i thought this would be the best gift i could get my family.
I have SEVERE Osteoarthritis and i had almost lost all mobility. I only used to leave my flat once a week, I use to dread the walk and the pain and inflammation upon my return. Glucosamine has completely changed everything. I am shocked that a natural product is so effective with such a serious condition.
