Directions:

For adults take one to two capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

    Joint pain is something I suffered with for a while without considering using supplements but I was at the end of my tether and thought that it was about time I did something to help rid myself of the acute pain I was experiencing. I am a strict vegetarian and always have been so it was such a relief to see this product at such a great price!!

    I have been using Glucosamine for many years as I do a lot of running as a hobby. I have to say I have always bought from Holland and Barrett but your prices are just incredible! I was actually reluctant to buy from you as your prices were so cheap but I have tried them and they do the same as what h&b do but charge less then half!!

    Helps keep my hands suppel and pain free!

    One of my favourite supplements is vegetarian glucosamine as it has helped to keep the joints in my hands more supple and pain free. I also like acidophilus, as it stops my innards from gurgling and sounding like my washing machine on a "mega" spin!!     I was pleased to see that there was a glucosamine for vegetarians as being allergic to shellfish makes it difficult to find glucosamine, but have been taking these for quite sometime now and the pain in my knees has reduced and can now do the gardening, pain free.

    All of our Glucosamine products are Glucosamine Sulphate, except for our Vegetarian Glucosamine which is Glucosamine Hydrochloride. The RDA for this product is one to two capsules daily

    The Q & A on the Vegetarian Glucosamine Sulphate 750mg (S367) is confusing me. The first answer, to a question, states that the Glucosamine Sulphate is derived from shellfish, yet the second says the product is suitable for vegans. Please can you clarify. Thanks
