Directions:

For adults take one to three capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

Me & my husband take these 4 times a day we have really noticed a difference in leanness, he is a keen bodybuilder & weight trains loads however since taking the CLA you can just see the muscle better and his has got rid of those love handles!

Myself wow I can't believe it for the 1st time I am a size 8 however I have changed my lifestyle; loads of exercise and food changes but I know the CLA has helped me keep lean muscle I love it but you need at least 4000mg a day to really make a difference which can be expensive with two people taking it but this is the cheapest we have found it

Brilliant stuff.

I looked into these as since I turned 40 I've been putting on a little middle aged spread.

Been taking 3 a day for a month, no change in diet or exercise, and I've lost 1 stone 3 lbs.

I can't say they'll work for everybody but they do for me!
