    I take the peppermint to help me get rid of indigestion after meals, I also drink the tea bags as well which contain peppermint and they go a long way in helping to settle my stomach. I choose to use the company because of their reliability and great service!

    Reducing flatulence

    Peppermint aids Digestion

    It is a well known fact that peppermint aids digestion, I know this beacause i've been taking it for 4 months now and since then i've had no tummy troubles at all. My Doctor recommended it as it helps the relaxation of the muscles found in the gut. It has been a massive help

    I placed an order with yourselves and was glad to get it within 5 days, good start, and placed an order which was over £30 for several items and got a discount and a free gift, even better, but was most impressed with the peppermint, I heard from various sources it had many properties but didn't always give the best results so ordered it just to try but I plan on ordering this again. Its helped me very much and I think this is an under-rated product. Very Good!

    I like to thank Simply supplements for their quality products. I had been suffering with IBS and had tried other products but they didn't seem to be working and I was getting frustrated, a friend gave me some peppermint to try which were from yourselves so I placed my own order and have been so happy with the results and I have been taking them religiously since.

    Peppermint has been known to aid with many ailments, including IBS, shingles, headaches and the common cold. We are not aware of whether the means of taking Peppermint changes the effectiveness, and unfortunately we cannot comment on the non supplement form.

    Enteric coated medication is a type of tablet or capsule that has been covered with special ingrediants to prevent irritation of the stomach lining.
