Directions:

Maintenance for my thyroid

I love Vitafem Plus. I have thyroid disease and it has many of the vitamins and minerals my thyroid needs. It took a while before I felt an improvement but now that it is in my system I feel so much better. My only problem with this product is that the pill is too large for me to swallow but I have resolved this by snapping it in half with my fingers and take one half in the morning with food and the other half in the afternoon with food. In fact, this regime is also better for me and I don't feel that most of the supplement is being wasted.

Great value for money

Faster than Expected

I've just received my apple cider vinegar capsules within one week. When I ordered I was told they'd take up to 10 days so I was really pleased when they came today. Will definitely order again, the service was quick and very friendly and the capsules are much cheaper than I could find anywhere else. Definitely recommended! :-)

Placed my first order with Simply Supplements the other day (Mon) and they were here by Thursday – that is the quickest I’ve received my tablets from an online company. Nice pots, good quality and labels which are easy to read and because labels are different its easy to quickly get them out the cupboard and know you are taking the right ones! I definitely recommend this company, very good prices also.

Amazing! I was having trouble deciding what to get as I wanted something more than just a standard multivitamin so I called to ask to see which would be best for me and the gentleman at the other end of the phone was very polite and so helpful and if it hadn't been for him I still would of been very confused, he really helped me make the right choice and I feel so much better for it. Q:	How long after a tub of vitafem are open can I use them for?
A:	After supplements have been opened they should last until their best before date. We always advise storing them in a cool, dry place and, providing that this is the case, they should last for the expiry period as stated on the label.

Q:	My daughter is nearly 16, can she take these tablets?
A:	There should be no problem with your daughter taking these supplements, we usually advise the adult supplements should only be taken by children over the age of 14.
