Directions:

    I have tried more or less everything in terms of vitamin supplements. This is the only one I have found that gives me heaps of energy, makes me feel great (underactive thryoid issues) and contains other elements women need - cranberry to prevent cystitis etc. I am so impressed with the supplement not only because of how well it works but also since the price is so low!

    I think it is much easier to take just one tablet a day and not have to worry about lots of boxes and bottles lying around and taking up stroage. It's good value and I know I am getting a good product.

    I love Vitafem Plus. I have thyroid disease and it has many of the vitamins and minerals my thyroid needs. It took a while before I felt an improvement but now that it is in my system I feel so much better.

    Q: I am taking your glucosamine sulphate 1500mg and also a cod liver oil capsule with vitamin A,D&E as I have arthritis of the knee and ws told it may help.I am 64 still working and quite fit and healthy but tend to feel more tired lately and was wondered whether it is safe to take something else just to give me a boost like vitafem plus or 50 plus formular! would you recommend me taking either of these or do you suggest something else or nothing more?

    Providing that you do not exceed the RDA of any products, there should be no harm in taking several at the same time. If you do have concerns we would advise that you consult  your GP.

    We are not aware of any side effects or interactions however, as we are not medically trained, we would strongly advise that you consult your GP in regards to this.

    Q: How long after a tub of vitafem are open can I use them for?
    A:

     After supplements have been opened they should last until their best before date. We always advise storing them in a cool, dry place and, providing that this is the case, they should last for the expiry period as stated on the label.

     There should be no problem with your daughter taking these supplements, we usually advise the adult supplements should only be taken by children over the age of 14.
