|Q:||Is Omega 3 fish oil very different from cod liver oil? I have found that taking cod liver oil capsules has excellent results on my stiff knees but is there any reason to believe that Omega 3 fish oils might be more effective? Many thanks|
Cod Liver Oil and Omega 3 are very similar; the main difference is that Cod Liver Oil contains Vitamin D, whereas Omega 3 does not. Therefore, we find that people tend to take Cod Liver Oil during the winter months when they will be getting less Vitamin D.
What is the recommended daily dosage please?
