    Years of running and trying to keep an active lifestyle have not benefited my knees and as a result i've worn down the cartilage so the bones now rub together and it causes me a lot of aggrevation, I am now using Hyaluronic Acid along with Glucosamine and so far it seems to be working and hopefully I can go running again.

    My husband had sciatica in his leg and now he has done a 733km bike ride at 64 yrs old!

    My husband (now 64) started to take this after problems with his knee a couple of years ago.  He had an arthroscopy on his knee but unfortunately developed sciatica so ended up with even more problems with his leg!.  I read about hyaluronic acid and thought why not try it as his condtion had not improved.  In June he cycled from Le Havre to Santander in 2 weeks so I think it worked!!  I've now started to take it as my knee joint is not as young as it was so watch this space for my next cycle ride!!

    The difference it has made to my mobility is amazing

    I suffer from arthritis in quite a few joints, particularly my knees, both of which I have had arthroscopy operations on. A couple of years ago I started taking Hyaluronic acid and the difference it made to my mobility was amazing. Although I still get stiffness and swelling, I can now walk reasonable distances, about 10 miles on a good day, which I never really expected to do again. As one of my hobbies is walking in the countryside, you will appreciate what a difference this supplement (along with glucosamine and cod liver oil) has made to my life.

    I am able to take the stairs more easily now

    I have a very arthritic right knee which about 20 years ago I damaged in a Ladies Defence class ! The last class was showing what we had learnt,and I threw a young man over my shoulder,twisting the knee ! (Couldn't do it now !).   I had been in a lot of pain with it in the latter years,but it wasn't deemed bad enough yet for a new knee.My daughter found out about this product,and suggested that it might help me. It has !     It protects my knees from developing osteoarthritis!

    My favourite product is Glucosamine Sulphate, I take it with Hylauronic Acid to help with my knees - I have some early osteoarthritis in them (I am 40 yrs old). It seems to be helping, they certainly haven't got worse in the last 6 months or so since I began taking the tablets. I was recommended to try simply supplements by a former work colleague with similar ailments.

    Hyaluronic acid works as anti-aging with collagen to keep skin moistured and young. Yes, it works! Since I started taking both Hyaluronic acid and collagen together, my dry skin and dry eyes improved and also the skin on my face looks younger with less wrinkles. As it is recommended, this also helps to reduce some cambersome menapusal symptoms and make me feel more energetic and fit. Most Japanese middle aged women take these supplement to keep young, it really works! I do recommend.

    Q: Is hyaluronic acid the same as collagen? I am confused about the two.

    These products are very similar; however Collagen is something that we recommend for skin elasticity and hair growth as well as joint health. Hyaluronic Acid is a product that works well alongside Glucosamine, and has been shown to be beneficial for osteoarthritis.
