| Q: | Is ginko biloba ok to take if possibility of being pregnant, or trying for baby, I have been recommended it by a friend since I suffer from poor circulation particularly on my hands which I find I have poor healing of little scrapes etc and get a rash in changes of temperature. |
|---|---|
| A: | Unfortunately, as we are not medically trained, we could only advise that you consult your GP in regards to this.
|
| Q: | Hi i've heard that taking a large dose of ginkgo can cause severe side effects? isn't '6000mg' too much? Thanks |
|---|---|
| A: |
Clinical trials have shown that between 120mg and 240mg of Ginkgo is recommended daily. Our product is 120mg equivalent to 6000mg (50:1) and we recommend just one tablet per day. |
| Q: | I take aspirin daily, 81mg coated, because I am a frequent flyer. I take it every morning around 6.30am - does it matter when I take my gingko biloba tablet? Should I be leaving time between taking each? I prefer to take both first thing in the morning, it's the easiest routine, but I don't want to negate any beneficial effects. Thank you. |
|---|---|
| A: | We would recommend that you leave time between taking the aspirin and Ginkgo Biloba. Both aspirin and Ginkgo have blood thinning properties. |
