Frozen açai does not travel well and can lose its antioxidant value during transport.  Our material is a 5:1 extract powder manufactured to GMP standards, produced from wild harvested açai and processed within 24 hours. We use low temperature processing which helps minimise loss of active compounds through oxidative damage that can commonly occur with other drying techniques or at higher temperatures.
