In 1990, I was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis. During my reading about the subject, in a book by Judy Graham (I think), she extolled the virtues of evening primrose oil. It was suggested that this would help sufferers with this condition. Since the, I have been taking a 500mg capsule three times a day. I have not had a serious relapse since that time (21 years ago). I believe that this, along with High Pressure Oxygen Therapy, a cocktail of vitamins and moderate exercise has enabled me to maintain a satisfactory standard of life. Their Gamma Linoleic Acid (in evening primrose) is not a cure but is the one element I have found recommended for my neurological condition, MS, and is great also because I am post-menopausal and probably need a settling of my hormones, It has also helped the condition of my skin: clear for the last two or three decades, after so many years of being ridden with spots. EPO is as good as Omega 3

I was advised to Omega 3 on a reccommendation of a friend from university but unfortunatly I cant have anything to do with fish because of allergies. The EPO is a great replacement for Omega 3 as it contains the same fatty acids in that Omega 3 does, very useful and the bogof is even better and free psotage on net orders is an added bonus.

Helps Balance Hormones

As i'm in my 50's my hormones have been all over the place, the menopause has placed a big part in this, I found that epo has helped to balance my hormones and I don't get as angry or aggressive like I used to before I took these. My mum kept bugging me for weeks to get her these EPO off you, when I ordered them I accidentally ordered 2 lots from you but didn't realise until my mum got them so I said I would have the other lot from her. They are not bad at all and have read up reviews on this and it has nearly everything in that omega fish oils have. I have noticed my skin is not dry and am glad I did accidentally order 2 lots.

However, Evening Primrose Oil has been shown to be extremely beneficial in relation to symptoms caused by hormonal changes, and we do supply a 500mg as well as a 1000mg. We would advise that you consult your GP beforehand with regards to whether they feel that supplementation would-be suitable for her.
