Calcium 500mg (62.5 % RDA), Vitamin D3 200iu (100% RDA), Microcrystalline cellulose, Corn Starch, Sodium Starch Glycolate, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon dioxide 

Directions:
Take one to two tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

    I had been advised by the doctor that i had very weak bones and that i should take and a calcium supplement i came accross this which also has vitamin d in it which also helps bone help, so far it seems to be helping a great deal

    A lovely new product, I take both Calcium and Vit D anyway but now to have them both combined in the same tablet is so much better and cost effective too. The tablet is much smaller which will benefit a lot of your customers. Great new addition to your range and look out for more orders from me very soon.

    Q: I want to buy calcium and vitamin d for my niece who is 13 year old and born with sever down's, her blood test showed low calcium and being prescribed calcium. we tried it and she could not digest it and caused her a lot of side effects including vomiting and stomach pain. she used to take multi-vitamin with food and had no problem = we want to buy this preparation for her but worried about the side effect.

    Q: After blood tests in2008 my calcium levels were found to be adequate but my nails are ridged, dry and split downwards. I have ordered calcium with D3. Will this solve my problem with my nails?

    We do recommend calcium to help to strenghten hair, skin and nails, therefore we would certainly advise this for you.

    Q: I'm unable to drink/eat most dairy products and therefore my calcium intake has always be pretty minimal. Is this a suitable supplement for me, and can I take it alongside glucosamine?

    We would recommend this product for anyone suffering from a calcium deficiency. Providing that you are not exceeding the RDA of either product, there should be no harm in taking this alongside Glucosamine. If you have any concerns, we would advise that you consult your GP.

    Q: Is calcium good for improving fingernails as mine crack and split on a regular basis?

     Yes it is! Without sufficient calcium nails can become brittle and cuticles may appear ragged and with this particular supplement you get added Vitamin D3 which can also help to stop your nails from cracking and splitting.
