Glucosamine and Chondroitin are substances that occur naturally in the body where they help maintain joints and connective tissues. Vitamin C and Calcium have also been added to this unique combination product as they provide further essential minerals. Vitamin C provides beneficial antioxidant properties and Calcium has been incorporated as it is necessary for the normal structure of bone and teeth as well as normal nerve and muscle function, and may help the absorption of Glucosamine and Chondroitin. Together these ingredients work synergistically to aid the smooth functioning of joints.

Ingredients:

Glucosamine Sulphate 2KCl 410mg, Marine Chondroitin Sulphate 100mg 20% (providing 20mg of active Marine Chondroitin), Calcium 60mg (7.5%RDA), Vitamin C 80mg (100% RDA), Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin.

Directions:
Take one to three capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

Helps with joint pain

My favourite is Marine Chondroitin and Calcium tablets. Reason at the age of 80 the only slight stiffness are my thumb joints. reason being I do lots of crafts, cross stitch and the frequent use of the computor. All because for years I have taken supplements for the joints

I have been taking this supplement for some years now. I have had surgery on both my knees due to cartilage deterioration. Even before the surgery, I took this supplement at a time that I could hardly walk at all and was in constant pain. It took about three months before I noticed that the condition wasn't getting any worse and by the time I had been taking the supplement for six months, I was able to walk over a mile each lunchtime without any significant pain. I can only put this down to the fact that I took the supplement every single day. Following surgery, I have continued to take the supplement every day as part of my regular diet. If I ever stop taking it, I find that it is not long before the joints become painful again. I would certainly recommend this particular supplement to anyone one with any kind of joint deterioration, but it must be taken regularly and continuously in order to achieve the desired effect. I hope that this review will help other people to obtain relief they need.

Q:	At the moment we have just the Glucosamine Sulphate 1500mg. We also take Omega 3 Fish Oils. as we are wanting to add Vitamin C and we are both over 50, would this be a better product for us than plain Glucosamine?
A:	Both Glucosamine Sulphate and Omega 3 do not have Vitamin C in them as part of ingredients therefore, we do not see any reason why you cannot add Vitamin C supplement. However, we encourage you to consult your GP if you are taking other prescribed medications.
