Directions:

    I have had to start taking iron supplements in my third trimester of pregnancy. eating green leafy veg, eggs, lean meat etc isn't enough (for example, approx 100g of green veg only provides a very small amount of iron - 1.4mg to be exact. two portions of lean meat is still only 4mg of iron.) women need 14mg per day. these supplements ensure i am getting the correct amount - easily.

    We Eat our Greens but need a Bit More

    My wife and I eat a lot of green vegtables which contain high amounts of Iron but my wife wants us to have just a bit more each day. The order took time to come through as you were having difficulties at the time but managed to get them to us as quick as you could so thank you for your efforts.  The iron is easy to take because of it's size and is doing us both the world of good. We are going to put another order in very soon.

    I have Vit C from you but don't feel it does enough for my immune system as I kept getting colds and especially at this time of year so have been taking Iron alongside it and I get less colds now. It has given my immune system that extra boost I needed and feel 100% better for it. I hope you don't get rid of it, I will be upset if you do.

    Nice to see you doing iron on its own now, normally I had to buy your A-Z Multivitamins just to get the iron I needed but now it is a lot easier to have it on it's own. I'm sure i'm not the only customer to have asked about iron on it's own and at Ģ4 for a four month supply is a bargain. A large amount of customers will be very pleased just like me.

    Q: The Iron 14mg is ferrous fumarate. The question is: isnīt too low the 14mg?

    The normal is 200mg. For one person with iron deficiency, how many tablets should take?
