| Q: | Hi Bought some of these recently and have started taking them. I have read a few articles about Uva Ursi which say you should only take this herb for a five day period and no more than five times a year. Would the amount of the herb in your tablets be much less than in the homeopathic remedy itself making them suitable for longer term use, or should they also just be used for short term treatment? I am a bit confused by the amounts on the label '50mg equivalent to 200mg'. Also, there is advice to avoid acidic foods such as fruit juices etc and some say cranberry too in combination with Uva Ursi, which is in these tablets, so it is all a bit baffling! If you could advise me that would be great. Frances |

| A: | All of our products are subjected to strict quality control checks and so the Cranberry Plus should not cause any adverse reaction provided you stick to the recommended daily allowance. It is suggested by some that Uva Ursi should be restricted to a certain amount and only for certain lengths of time, however the amount within the Cranberry Plus is considerably low. Everyone is different and some people have adverse reactions to certain supplements or ingrediants. If you are experiencing discomfort we would always advise you to stop taking the product and consult your GP. |
