Ingredients:

Green Tea Extract (40% Polyphenols) (15% EGCG) 85mg (10:1) equivalent to 850mg, Maltodextrin, Magnesium Stearate, Gelatin, Titanium Dioxide.

 

Directions:

Take one to two capsules daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

    I am not the biggest fan of drinking green tea so to be able to gain all the benefits from green tea in supplement form is a big help to me.

    Great antioxidants and help combined with my gym workout

    Acai berry and green tea tablets are my two favourite products. As I train 5 times in the gym every week and I look after my abs these products are great anti oxidinats and work awesome with a balanced diet.

    This is a nice little thing to have around, I am generally a bit of a health and fitness freak and order many of your products from you but I like taking them because it is an anti-oxident and I know it keeps me healthy and clears anything that can be potentially harmful to me.     My Grandmother likes the taste of the green tea and and drinks it everyday but with its apparent benefits I felt she could do with more so I bought from you from your website. They arrived 6 days after placing the order, I make sure she takes only 1 a day as she drinks the tea anyway and she has missed taking them somedays but she has told me she feels better for taking it with the tea.

    I’m delighted with the green tea it has helped keep my cholesterol levels down. I have never liked the taste of drinking the tea but the tablets are really good and now you have increased the strength whereas before I had the 350mg from you. After I ordered them through the website they were here within 4 days.

    Q: can you take Green Tablets if you are taking:-
    (1) High blood pressure tablets?
    (2) Anti-depressents?
    (3) Co-enzyme Q10.

    There should be no problem in taking this before bed. We usually advise that you take supplements at the same time every day, but it is entirely your choice what time that is. If you have any concerns, we would advise that you consult your GP.

    Q: What is the potency of EGCG (in mg) per tablet, and are these tablets based on a decaffienated extract?
    A:

     Each tablet contains, on average, 20.5 mg EGCG and the extract specifies less than 2% Caffeine so it could be a decaffeinated variety giving approximately 0.7 mg per tablet.
