    This product is easy to take and you only need one tablet a day. You feel fuller during the day so you eat less. I would recommend it.

    We would certainly suggest this product as an aid to losing weight. However as supplements are not prescription medicines we cannot guarantee that they will work in the same way for every individual, and we would always advise that they be taken alongside a healthy balanced diet and not to exceed the RDA.
