    Trying to lose weight

    I've put on a lot of weight in the last year, so I've been exercising, which helps, yet I'm still having difficulty shifting my abdominal fat! I tried this product as it sounded like just the thing for me and I'm very impressed. My jeans feel slacker round the waist, which hasn't happened for longer than I care to remember, so these are definitely working!

    Losing weight after giving birth has been a bit of a nightmare and no matter how long I exercised the weight just wouldn't shift as quckly as I wanted. Since your slimmex became avaliable I bought it straight away as was desperate and I can't believe the effect it has had, along with regular exercise the weight is going and am very happy.

    Postive signs in 2 weeks without changing my diet!

    I have been using Slimmex for just under two weeks and can see positive signs of weight loss already. This is without changing my already careful diet, doing more exercise or any other significant changes to my lifestyle. I need something like this as I am disabled and can take little exercise. I started using it as it was designed for the waist (in my case stomach) and this is the area I have always had a problem. More over I am a bloke, and they are formulated for women!

    Q: hi i`m 55yrs old in a few weeks would slimmex suit me i have always been slim after death of my husband in 2008 i have gained weight around my middle its not what i eat i have good diet i just cant lose it i play golf 3/4 per week i dont sleep well thou will it help burn off fat

    Q: I am thinking about ordering Slimmex but take a low dose statin each night and I cannot take grapefuit just wondered if there was any grapefruit in the content of these?

    This product contains natural extracts of fruit and vegetables of Mediterranean origin; therefore there could be some small trace of grapefruit. However we would be unable to confirm this as so many different fruit extracts are contained within the product.

    Generally with supplements, we would advise that it is not always necessary to take more than one product for the same ailment. However, as long as you are not exceeding the RDA of either product, then there should be no problem in taking them together.
