Ingredients:

Chamomile, Ginger, Lavender. Caffeine-free.

Directions:

Steep the teabag in hot water for 2-5 minutes depending on the strength of flavour you require. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.
