Directions:

i have taken ginger for 1 months now and have already notice the difference in my hands. i use to get really bad stiffness in my hands and after taking ginger the pain isnt so bad and the capsulles are vegetarian which i was also happy to hear.

My wife and I take a 1200 mg garlic tablet every day. We can't remember the last time we had a cold it was so long ago. We are both pensioners and feel that taking garlic is a good way to look after your health.

Great for Upset Stomachs!

These are very good for my digestion. They help food go down comfortably and leave with me with a 'clean' feeling in my digestive system. I would recommend this product to anybody that suffers from an upset stomach and looking for relief. I will be ordering from Simply Supplements in the future.
