Directions:

Massage gel into joints and muscles as required. For the best results apply after a warm bath and/or following exercise if joints or muscles are stiff. For optimum joint health benefits we recommend that this gel is used in conjunction with a daily oral glucosamine supplement or natural anti-inflammatory supplement. Apply to a small area of the forearm to test prior to use. If reaction occurs discontinue use immediately.

Whats great about this gel is that its virtually odourless, absorbs very quickly and can be applied directly to my bad knees. I suppose a lot of tablets get wasted in the blood stream, whereas with this i can directly apply it to soothe my aches. It works well and has a warming sensation. The only negative is that it should come in a bigger jar! With the bogof it is 100ml but this only lasts me a couple of weeks. please can you start to do it in maybe 250ml containers. I have just had to order another 4 jars. Definately the most effective gel i have used as it usually works in about 20 minutes. from Joan, Bournemouth
