Aloe Vera 6000mg, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Maltodextrin, Stearic Acid, Magnesium Stearate.

Each tablet contains 30mg of Aloe Vera extract 200:1 equivalent to 6000mg of fresh aloe vera.

Directions:

Take one to three tablets as a food supplement or as directed a your healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not open if seal is broken.

I was beside myself with pain and misery from aching hips and had developed severe digestive problems which felt like the area under my ribs had gone into spasm for a few hours followed by awful acid reflux. I was constantly sucking antacid tablets and eating wasnt a thing I looked forward to because it usually set all this off again. I was recommended Aloe Vera capsules by a lady in a well-known chemist who didnt even sell me any of their product and she told me that she had had the same digestive problem and this was the only thing that had worked. I went to my GP who was really unable to offer any advice or medication. Anyway, I cant tell you how effective the Aloe Vera has been. I now literally have NO IBS, my hips are much, much better and in addition it's cured other things as well! I've suffered with constipation all my life, and from the first day I took the Aloe Vera it eased matters and in fact I felt absolutely wonderful. I would never have believed all this if I hadnt experienced it for myself. Now, I'm becoming a very boring Aloe Vera convert and recommending it to all and sundry. I am so pleased. And thank you for such an excellent product.

i wanted a product to help constipation but it had to be lactose free as i am intolerant. this is perfect!
