Acidophilus contains ‘friendly bacteria’ found naturally in the gut that can help to maintain a healthy bacterial balance in our digestive system. Modern day lifestyles and stress can dramatically reduce the levels of ‘friendly bacteria.’
Most of us recognise the notion that we have ‘friendly’ bacteria living within our digestive system and that probiotics are widely considered to be a convenient way of topping up on ‘Good Bacteria’ whilst promoting the normal balance of bacteria for good health. Digestive fibres also play a role in the normal digestion and functioning of the bowel.
This convenient daily supplement contains healthy amounts of Lactobacillus Acidophilus, known as a ‘friendly bacteria,' which occurs naturally in the gut, to help maintain good digestive health.

Ingredients:
Dicalcium Phosphate, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid, Lactobacillus Acidophilus providing 500 million colony forming units, Magnesium Stearate, Silicon Dioxide.
Directions:
Take one to six tablets daily as a food supplement or as directed by a healthcare professional. Store in a cool dry place. Keep away from children at all times. Do not use if the seal is broken.

Senna Max may be of benefit to you, as it can aid with bloating and constipation.
